As of June 2018, Intiland Development has posted sales of Rp1.3 trillion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD), a listed property developer, posted sales of Rp1.3 trillion in first semester of 2018, up 40 percent from Rp919 billion YOY.
"The company's sales growth is still supported by sales from the new project, the integrated development of Fifty Seven Promenade and from the sale of residential property units," said Archied Noto Pradono, Director of Intiland Capital and Investment Management, in Jakarta on Monday (23 / 2018).
Archied noted that although the general property market is still considerable and challenging, the company in the second quarter of this year still posted considerable sales, especially in residential products, such as housing and apartments.
Archied explained that the largest contributor to the company's marketing sales in the first half of 2018 are four residential projects currently under development, namely Serenia Hills residential area and 1Park Avenue apartment in South Jakarta, Fifty Seven Promenade apartment in Central Jakarta, and Graha Natura housing area in Surabaya.
"The four projects contribute a marketing sales of R1,1 trillion per June 2018, or approximately 87% of the company's consolidated marketing sales value during that period," Archied said.
Archied acknowledged that the company's best sales results during the second quarter of this year were more supported by housing development projects.
Archied said, in terms of segmentation, the development of mixed-use and high rise managed to book Rp969 billion worth of sales. That means the two segments of property products contribute 75% of the company's marketing sales in the first half of this year.
"When compared to the first semester of 2017 amounting to Rp228 billion, then both segments of property products experienced a spike up to 325%. The biggest contributor in this segment comes from the sale of Fifty Seven Promenade apartments amounting to Rp783 billion, "Archied added.
Archied revealed, the next contribution comes from sales in the segment of the development of residential areas. Perseoran now has seven development of residential area. This segment contributes marketing sales of Rp270 billion or about 21% of consolidated marketing sales as of June 2018.
Serenia Hills residential development is the largest contributor to the company's marketing sales in the first half of 2018. Housing area in Lebak Bulus, South Jakarta, contributed Rp140 billion from the overall marketing sales.
"Meanwhile, the segment of the development of industrial parks recorded the value of marketing sales worth Rp45 billion," added Archied.
Based on the development site, Archied said, sales from various projects in Jakarta contributed Rop1,08 trillion or about 60% of consolidated marketing sales as of June 2018.
Meanwhile, according to Archied, the remaining Rp199 billion was contributed by the sale of various property units in Surabaya, East Java.
"In addition to marketing sales, the company also booked recurring income of Rp276.1 billion in the period from January to June 2018," said Archied. (Abraham Sihombing)
