SOEs Departs 33 Students of North Sumatra to Papua

INDUSTRY.co.id - Medan - State-Owned Enterprises Company will deploy 33 students of Senior High School, Vocational High School and Special School in North Sumatera to West Papua in Student Mengenal Nusantara program.
"Sunday night, the student selection process has been completed, the students are scheduled to depart to Papua via Jakarta on Tuesday," said Chairman of the Student Selection Committee of Mengenal Nusantara, Anthea Hutahuruk in Medan, Sunday (29/7).
Participants of 33 people from the district / city of North Sumatra consisted of male students 19 people and 14 women.
Of the total participants who departed, two of them students from the School Extraordinary (SLB) from Medan and Pakpak Bharat.
Anthea from the Education Office of North Sumatra explained, the Education Office of North Sumatra entrusted to do student selection.
With the completion of the selection as truly outstanding students and pass the selection including parental consent, the students will be submitted to SOEs for the process of departure to Papua.
One of the students from Padanglawas, M Rifai admitted happily elected and passes in the selection of Students Know Mengenal Nusantara held state enterprises in the program BUMN Present To The Country.
"I am very glad, let alone get to Papua. I hope with other comrades can introduce Sumatra well in Papua and still can achieve," she said
