INDUSTRY.co.id - Garut - Balewangi, District Cisurupan, Garut, West Java. Through the SOE Synergy program to Connect Free Electricity to Unable Households, residents can pay electricity to be cheap and safe.
General Manager of PT PLN (Persero) West Java, Iwan Purwana, said that the SOE Synergy program for Non-Able Households for Electricity is an attempt by PLN as a state-owned corporation to bring evenly distributed electricity to all regions in the country.
"We have surveyed those who do not have electricity, so the 100 percent electrification program in West Java was initiated. In order to be more evenly distributed, people feel electricity," said Iwan, in the 'Meaning of Independence from West Java' dialogue in Garut, West Java, Thursday (30/8 / 2018).
The benefits of the program provided by PLN were also directly recognized by the community leaders of Balewangi Village, Cisurupan District. Especially for Balewangi Village until the end of this month 41 families have been connected to electricity
Sodik, one of the people who felt the assistance of the BUMN Synergy Program for Free Liastric Connect, expressed his gratitude to PLN because currently it has a safe and affordable electricity network
Sodik said, about 30 years he had to ride electricity to his neighbor's house at an expensive cost of Rp 125 thousand per month.
"Now (since the existence of the PLN program) only Rp. 25 thousand, this alone has not run out for a month," Sodik said.
Now with the implementation of the electricity program from PLN, Sodik said, all the people in his village were happy because they could manage the cost of home electricity cheaply compared to levering.
The same thing was also stated by other community leaders, Iyet, that PLN was committed to providing electricity network facilities evenly in its territory.
"There are those who do not have electricity, there are those who have but ride to their neighbors. Pay electricity every month to the house they live in," said Iyet.
A total of 35 state-owned enterprises agreed to synergize to finance electricity connection for households that have not been officially electrified in West Java and around Banten as part of the acceleration program to increase electrification ratios.
Known, PLN, Telkom, BRI, Pertamina, Bank Mandiri, BNI, Angkasa Pura II, Pelindo III, BTN, Pupuk Indonesia, Wijaya Karya, PT PP, PGN, Waskita Karya, Pegadaian, PTPN III, Antam, Jasa Marga, Jasa Raharja , Taspen, Airnav, Askrindo, Jasindo, ASDP Indonesia, Bulog, Jamkrindo, Biofarma, Semen Indonesia, Hutama Karya, Kereta Api Indonesia, Dahana, Perhutani, Pindad, Pos Indonesia and Jiwasraya, are BUMNs that contribute to the electrification program.
