BRI Appreciates Customers and Workers in Commemoration of National Customer Day

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Commemoration of National Customer Day which is celebrated every September 4th is used as a momentum by PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk to appreciate customers. All levels of the Board of Directors and SEVP of BRI Bank visit BRI Branch Offices in the Jakarta area to meet face to face and serve customers directly, Tuesday (4/9/2018).
Among them was the Director of BRI Bank Network and Services Osbal Saragi Rumahorbo who visited the Kebayoran Baru BRI Branch Office in South Jakarta and BRI Human Capital Director R. Sophia Alizsa who also visited the BRI Veteran Branch Office in Central Jakarta.
"All BRI units in Indonesia, both Branch Offices, Sub-Branch Offices, BRI Units and Cash Offices celebrate 2018 National Customer Day. As a customer-focused company, the commemoration of Customer Day is utilized by BRI to appreciate its customers throughout Indonesia," said Osbal.
Osbal said that not only appreciation for customers, BRI also gave appreciation to its workers. Through a service improvement program themed "Excellent Customer Experience with BRI", Bank BRI invited 40 loyal selected customers and 63 of the best workers (security guards, customer service, and tellers) who were highly dedicated to the company.
"Through this event that coincides with the moment of Customer Day, BRI is committed to customers to be a witness that we are heading for Excellent Customer Experience. We are ready to provide excellent, modern and safe services for customers, "said Osbal.
The appreciation and appreciation are expected to increase customer loyalty so that customers' businesses can continue to grow and develop with BRI. Whereas for workers can be a driver to improve achievement in serving customers as well as a role model for other workers.
Various programs and routine activities are held annually by Bank BRI to celebrate National Customer Day. This year, all BRI employees in the operational work units serve customers using traditional clothing of each region. In addition, BRI also provides chocolate and souvenirs to its customers.
