INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Kereta Api Indonesia Operational Area 1 Jakarta distributes 250 glass souvenirs to train passengers on National Customer Day.

"Especially today, PT KAI Daop 1 provides special services to all customers who use PT Kereta Api's services. So this morning we greeted passengers from boarding to train. We also greeted customers by giving souvenirs and congratulations a day customers, "said PT KAI Executive Vice President Daop 1 Jakarta R Dadan Rudiansyah at Gambir Station, Jakarta, Tuesday (4/9/2018)

A total of 250 souvenirs prepared by PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta to be given to train passengers in the National Customer Day activities.

To continue to echo National Customer Day at Gambir Station area, all front row officers (clerk clerk, customer service, and conductor) in charge will greet "Happy Customer Day".

However, Dadan said it did not provide discounts for KAI customers.

"There is no, this is also a day because the day of the customer is a day, we try to be able to be enough until the afternoon but I don't think so," he said.

Not only at Gambir Station, are souvenir gifts also made at Pasar Senen Station.

Regarding the criticism of waiting room services, Dadan said that waiting room standards are not allowed to be too many potential passengers to prevent buildup.

"I don't think that the waiting room is too much in the waiting room. It's dangerous if there are too many waiters. The schedule to enter zone one is limited, so don't stay inside, so don't be stacked so it's wrong to get on the train. This is a new policy. To limit the waiting room above, "he said. (Ant)
