INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The Bank of East Java Regional Development Bank PT reported the results of the Management Employee Stock Option Program (MESOP) program. This MESOP will be the capital for issuers’ coded BJTM shares.
"This is an additional capital without the Excirse II 2018 window preemptive rights," said the Company's Board of Directors in its publication in Jakarta, Tuesday (09/18/2018).
The company said stage II issued 3,654,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp409 per share.
The third stage issued 1,917,000 shares with a nominal value of Rp599 shares.
"From 1 August 2018 to 14 September 2018 MESOP will be recorded as the company's capital," the document said.
