BJTM Realizes MESOP 297,700 Shares

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) has instituted the first phase employee stock option management (MESOP) 297,700 shares with par value of Rp 450 per share for window exercise I 2018.
Funds obtained from the implementation of this program will enter the bank's capital. Thus the press release in Jakarta, Monday (19/3/2018).
It says MESOP program there will be two stages. Phase 1 is between February 1 2018 to March 15, 2018. While the second phase of 963,500 shares with a nominal of Rp 409 per share.
Known, this MESOP employee stock ownership program is conducted through the issuance of new shares.
