Telkom Targets to Open Digital GraPARI 32 Offices

Telkom Consumer Director Masud Khamid said Digital GraPARI has two buildings in operation, one in Jakarta and two in Serpong, Tanggerang, Banten.

"This year, we will build 8 GraPARI Digital offices and next year rebuild up to 32 Digital GraPARI throughout Indonesia," he said in Tangerang Selatan, Banten, Wednesday (16/08/2017).

He explained that the plan to build 8 Digital GraPARI offices are in North Jakarta, South Jakarta, East Jakarta, Bandung Surabaya and Makassar. By 2018, he hopes 32 Digital GraPARI can operate everything.

For the amount of investment GraPARI digital development he did not mention exactly.

"Later if I mention you do not believe anymore, we focus on getting Digital GraPARi," he said.

This office is a service of Telkomsel's synergy with TelkomGroup. This office is directly opposite the Telkomsel building in Tanggerang. The presence of Digital GraPARI can strengthen the penetration of Telkom group in South Tanggerang.
