Suggestions to limit activities outside the home make more and more people shop online, including buying groceries. Shopping online has a COD (Cash on Delivery) payment system method or pay on site for those who are not yet proficient in online transactions and do not trust online stores so this payment method can solve the problem.

This change in behavior also encouraged the growth of the logistics transportation sector during the covid-19 pandemic. For example, expedition transactions such as J&T to Gosend have increased. In addition, a number of e-commerce companies have also developed Business to Customer (B2C). This is done by developing a system of packing and shipping goods independently. This logistics transportation sector is an opportunity amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

Startups in the e-commerce field that shone during the corona virus pandemic. The e-commerce sector is benefiting from increased transactions. Sales on online shopping platforms increased 30%.

The increase in transactions occurred because community activities outside the home were restricted, especially after the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB). As a result, residents prefer to shop online.
