Agung Podomoro Land Develops Residential with Resort Concept in Bogor

INDUSTRY.co.id - Bogor - PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APL) is developing an integrated residential hotel, and resort-style villa in Gadog, Bogor. The reason APL chose Gadog is because, the area has been popular as the path of crossing from Jakarta to Puncak tourist destination.
"Gadog is a prospective, strategic and suitable area for investment and can be reached within 30 minutes drive from Cawang, Jakarta, good access condition, and located in green area," said Zaldy Wihardja AVP 1Marketing Agung Podomoro Land.
According to Zaldy, Gadog is a tourist gateway because of its location close to various tourist sites and has a panorama of three different mountains such as Mount Gede, Mount Pangrango and Mount Salak.
Zaldy said, APL makes this area as a "five star" class resort with leading brands. Occupying an area of 100 hectares, Vimala Hills Villa & Resort consists of 11 residential clusters containing 600 villas as well as five-star Hotel Pullman.
Vimala Hills Villa & Resort not only offers a place to stay, but also more lifestyle, relaxation and refreshment.
In addition, APL also developed Vimala View in an area of 2 hectares next to Pullman Hotel. Vimala View consists of two high rise apartment towers as high as 9 floors and 2 basement floors equipped with bridges connecting both towers.
Both towers contain 500 residential units with five-star hotel classroom facilities and services equipped with 24-hour house keeping services.
