Ombudsman Threatens Meikarta Developer Criminal
INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Ombudsman Commissioner Alamsyah Saragih questioned Meikarta's unfinished construction of its licenses, but has issued massive advertisements in various media.
This Alamsyah question is said when the Ombudsman invites the Lippo Group or the Meikarta developer to clarify the polemic of the big Meikarta project located in Bekasi Regency, West Java Province.
According to him what the developer Meikarta, violated the regulation of Law No. 20 of 2011 on flats and can be subject to criminal sanctions.

Alamsyah asked the Meikarta to make corrections to the advertisements that have been circulating in various media.

"We hope with today's meeting with Lippo to be an evaluation for them and hopefully create a more Proper advertisement," he said.
