Pandeglang Regent Invites People to Enliven Tanjung Lesung Festival

INDUSTRY.co.id - Pandeglang- Community of Pandeglang District, Banten Province is asked to support Tanjung Lesung Festival which will be held on 22-24 September 2017.

"I invite the public to visit the Festival of Tanjung Lesung, so makes the sounding bigger than before," said Regent Pandeglang Irna Narulita in Pandeglang, Monday (18/09/2017)

In the Festival of Cape Lesung 2017, various activities will be held in the festival including traditional ones such as bebegig and kolecer competitions.

Tanjung Lesung Festival event, he said, is a promotional media of Tanjung Lesung Beach which has been established as the location of the establishment of Special Economic Zone (KEK) and other tourist objects in pandeglang.

"We hope that this festival will encourage an increase in tourist visits, especially to Tanjung Lesung Beach, and generally to other attractions in Pandeglang," she said.

The central government establishes Tanjung Lesung as a national tourism destination and is included in the tourism attraction development program.

Tanjung Lesung development became one of the central government strategic plan, because it has been programmed to be formed into Special Economic Zone (KEK) of Tourism.
