To Keep Malioboro Clean, PKL Helps Every Tuesday Wage

This agreement was reached at the Reresik Coordination Meeting of Malioboro Tuesday Wage held at the Antasena Meeting Room of Yogyakarta City Hall Complex. Attending the meeting were Assistant Mayor, DLH Kota Yogya, Dishub, LLAJ, Satpol PP, Tourism Department, Malioboro UPT, Community of Merdekave Visual Rubbish, and Garbage Garbage.

Reresik Malioboro Tuesday Wage is Coordinate by UPT Malioboro and involve the economic actors around Malioboro. Also involves Malioboro Street Traders Community, Pedicab Community, Andong Community, Community Environment, DLH City, Dishubkominfo, Police, BPBD, and surrounding communities.

Bekti Maulana from Garuk Sampah Jogja claimed to be ready to support the clean-up of this Malioboro. He will mobilize 15-20 people to clean up the pedestrian. This community is known to be very concerned about Malioboro. Never, because of busy cleaning garbage in Malioboro, bike "confiscated" Satpol PP because left in one place on this street.

Rawaik Malioboro Tuesday Wage is intended to rest Malioboro for 24 hours every Tuesday Wage. Malioboro will break from all kinds of activities, except for pedestrians. Cleaning will be held regularly. But beginning the test phase on Tuesday Wage, 26 September 2017.
