INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PerumPerumnas and PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) inaugurated the development of flats with the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD) or mass transportation-based area worth Rp1.45 trillion at Station Pondok China, Depok, Monday (2/10/2017)
The groundbreaking of the project was attended by SOE Minister Rini Soemarno, Minister of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono, representatives of the Ministry of Transportation, representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture and Spatial / National Land Agency (BPN) and representatives of Depok City Government, Java West.
"This TOD Depok project is the second TOD project after TOD Tanjung Barat TOD integrated residence this time on top of Pondok Cina Station, it is like opening the door of the station direct house," said Director of Perum Perumnas Bambang Triwibowo.
The construction of four towers in the 44-storey Depok TOD will accommodate 3,693 residential units with an area of 27,706 square meters.
The price is set at Rp7 million per square meter with two types of sizes, namely 32 square meters and 40 square meters. Thus, the selling price of vertical housing is about Rp220 million to Rp280 million.
There is also a low-income community (MBR) gets a portion of about 30 percent of the total existing occupancy under the direction of the Minister of SOEs.
"We will complete the first phase of two towers in 20 months, then the next six months will be completed by third and fourth towers, I believe the sales of this project will be good, because we see the first TOD marketing we carried out in Tanjung Barat, from 1232 units, the registrant 115 percent, so 'over', "he said.
