Task Fusion Task Force Immediately Stop the Business

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Task Force on Investments ordered the Talk Fusion board to immediately stop selling products in Indonesia because they do not have a business license.

"Talk Fusion is also asked not to recruit new members until the business license is obtained," said Task Force Investigator Tongam L Tobing in his official statement on Thursday (05/10/2017) received in Jakarta.

According Tongam, Task Force Investments has received complaints from the community that Talk Fusion is still doing business. In fact, Talk Fusion has been stopped by the Investigation Task Force since February 2017.

This Talk Fusion activity, said Tongam, was conducted without permission, thus allegedly violating the provisions of Law No. 7 of 2014 on Trade and potentially harms the community.

According Tongam, Task Force Investments have made various efforts to build public awareness to not follow the activities of Talk Fusion. The community was asked to understand that Talk Fusion does not yet have a business license in Indonesia.

Task Force Investments appealed to the public before investing to understand and ensure the party offering the investment has licenses from the competent authorities in accordance with the business activities undertaken.
