INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - The industry's premier exhibition of hotels, restaurants and cafes (Horeka) and design, INDEX MOZAIK Indonesia 2017 has entered the second day. The exhibition, hosted by Nine Events, Tarsus Group Plc, DMG Events is open for four days from 5 to 8 October 2017 at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC).

Chairman of the Indonesian Furniture Association (ASMINDO) Mugianto Sukadi Isman hopes that all those involved in this exhibition will create developments in the interior and furniture design industry in Indonesia.

"In the exhibition INDEX MOZAIK Iini products from Indonesia quite varied although there are some things that we must improve, between mating design and mating local materials that need improvements," said Mugianto in Jakarta, Thursday (5/10/2017).

Mugianto hopes to play an early role by combining the interior and furniture so that it can affect Indonesia's economy along with the growth of the tourism industry is growing rapidly.

This growth is marked by the proliferation of new resorts and the construction of hotels throughout the country, requiring support from the design and interior industries.

More than 150 brands from Indonesia and abroad are expected to take advantage of INDEX MOXAIK Indonesia 2017 to market their products, hook new prospects, or expand business network.

Exhibition INDEX MOZAIK Indonesia 2017 covers 10 categories: Furniture and Furnishing, Lighting, Bathroom, Textiles, Sleep, Hardware Accessories, Design, Workspace, Surfaces & Finishes, and, Housewares & Gift.

The MOZAIK INDEX is also followed by the Chinese Hometex pavilion, which consists of 34 leading Textile and Home Furnishing companies from China. Hometex exhibition itself has been held for 20 years in China and this year is present in INDEX MOZAIK Indonesia 2017.
