INDUSTRY.co.id - Surabaya - Indonesian Interior Minister Tjahjo Kumolo prepares vice regent as Acting Officer (Plt) Kutai Kertanegara Regent who was arrested after being questioned as suspect of alleged bribery and receipt of gratuity in local district.

"We are waiting for the official data, then prepare the Regent Kutai Kartanagera Plt because if the head of the detention area cannot carry out their daily duties," he told the media crew in Surabaya on Saturday (7/10/2017)

According to him, Plt prepared because it is expected not until there is a government vacuum in an area so that service to the community is not affected.

Nevertheless, the former Secretary General of DPP PDI-P is asserted to uphold and prioritize the principle of presumption of innocence because there has been no verdict or legal decision from the law.

"Similar to the case in Kota Batu, Kota Cilegon, Kabupaten Batubara and other areas involved in KPK case, we still prioritize the principle of presumption of innocence." If arrested then appointed his representative for Plt until the final verdict of the law," he said.
