INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) says the condominium market or vertical dwelling is currently quite stable and still shows a fairly active movement in the lower middle class.
"The selling activity of the condominium market in general is at a fairly stable level during the last six months," said Head of Residential JLL Indonesia, Luke Rowe, in the exposure of property held in Jakarta on Wednesday (11/10/2017)
According to him, it is seen, among others, from the level of absorption that the average remains at 64 percent.
In addition, he said, the developers are also considered quite active in launching new condominiums in Central, West, and North Jakarta. The launch, he added, is not just for the middle to lower class, but also began to be launched for high-end condominiums.
In addition, policies related to the benchmark rate set by Bank Indonesia should be properly considered as they have the potential to stimulate property performance for the purchase or sale of apartments.
Reminiscent that for the year 2017 the number of buyers of housing, both apartment and home site, the number of buyers using mortgages is greater than a few years ago.
