INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Duta Paramindo Sejahtera developers want apartment managers in various locations in Jakarta to support the development of the concept of "transit oriented development" (TOD), which is in line with the effort to promote mass transportation.

President Director of PT Duta Paramindo Sejahtera, Rudy Herjanto Saputra in Jakarta, recently stated that the concept of TOD being developed by the Ministry of Transportation, especially in a number of mass transit locations, has since become the concept of development of Green Scout apartment, built by the developer.

"Since the beginning of the Green Scout was built through the concept of integration between residence, business center integrated with the public transportation network, so from the beginning Green Scout strongly supports the existence of mass transportation facilities for residents," he said.

TOD concept, continued Rudy, should be supported "mixed-use development" or multifunctional systems such as offices, hotels, residences, and commercial areas developed into a single unit.

To that end, PT Duta Paramindo Sejahtera as a Green Scout developer has long been calculated to be built in a position that is easily accessible using commuter mass vehicles such as KRL and Transjakarta.
