INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- A well-known Australian developer, Keppel Land International Limited establishes strategic partnership with PT Metropolitan Land (Metland) to develop premium residential 'The Riviera at Puri' in Tangerang, Banten.
Previously, in December 2016 and then, these two leading developers have signed an agreement of joint operation or joint operation (JO) with the composition of ownership each 50 percent.
Occupancy that stands on 12 hectares of land is located in strategic location close to the central coral toll access that provides convenience to downtown Jakarta and other areas in the Greater Jakarta area.
President of Keppel Land Indonesia, Goh York Lin said, the high price of houses in downtown Jakarta makes the outskirts of Jakarta a right choice for the community.
"The western area of Jakarta is the expansion area of the company because the environment is well-organized and adequate, and this position is very strategic and we believe it will grow in the future," Goh said at a press conference launching The Riviera at Puri in Jakarta on Thursday 12/10/2017).
According to her, The Riviera at Puri is the answer to the high demand for quality homes that are close and has direct access to the center of Jakarta, but has a fairly affordable price.
Meanwhile, Director of PT Metropolitan Land, Olivia Surodjo said, this is a perfect collaboration, which produces residential concept resort in west Jakarta.
"Imagine, there is no other housing like this, for green open space about 60 percent of the total land," she added.
The plan of these two leading companies will build a total of 500 units. For the inaugural phase will be marketed about 130 units in Desember 2017. There is also a typical residential offer ranging from 120 square meters to 256 square meters with prices ranging from Rp 1.9 billion to Rp 2.7 billion.
In order to realize the targeted project in March 2019, Keppel Land and Metland invested no less than Rp 1 trillion.
Olivia expects, the development of The Riviera at Puri can contribute sales of around Rp 1.5 trillion.
