Intiland Holds Expo Targets Rp120 Billion Transaction

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Intiland Development Tbk, a property developer, held an exhibition "Intiland Expo 2017" at Senayan City Jakarta on 12-15 October 2017 with a transaction target of Rp120 billion.

"According to the momentum, this is the right time to buy property, in the sense that the conditions start to rise after the sluggish," said Director of Capital and Investment Management of PT Intiland Development Tbk, Archid Noto Pradono in Jakarta, Thursday (12/10/2017)

Archid explains that the property sector is still an attractive investment in Indonesia especially in the long term. Intiland hopes that prospective buyers can take advantage of the various facilities provided during the exhibition.

"We are optimistic that the property sector will improve in the future, related to the launch of government policies that support the market, such as taxation facility, affordable interest rate, rupiah exchange rate stability, and supportive climate," Arhid said as quoted by Antara.

Meanwhile, according to Intiland Corporate Marketing Director Susan Pranata, there are 14 residential and commercial projects offered in the expo including the latest project located in downtown Jakarta.

During the exhibition, said Susan, the company provides fixed and affordable interest facilities, direct reward programs, and discounts up to 25 percent to buyers.

It also disclosed that all property products on display include condominiums, offices, housing, retail, and warehouses have the best location advantages as well as connected with integrated public transportation to facilitate residents.

Even in the event Intiland cooperate with Bank BCA, Permata, and Panin, there are even banks that provide fixed interest rate with a magnitude of 4.75 percent. Related to the bank's cooperation will present the premium customers of the three banks.

Susan also ensures the exhibition of property products whose price starts from Rp 1 billion will be in demand along with the various facilities and convenience offered.
