WIKA Gedung and Agung Podomoro Land Do Topping Off Project First phase Podomoro Golf View Flats in Bogor

INDUSTRY.co.id - Bogor - PT Wijaya Karya Bangunan Gedung (WIKA Gedung) along with Agung Podomoro Land (APL) conducted Topping Off of Phase 1 Podomoro Golf View (PGV) Project owned by PT Graha Tunas Selaras APL subsidiary in Bojong Nangka Village Gunung Putri District, Bogor Regency 15/10/2017).

The event was attended by WIKA's President Director, Nariman Prasetyo Building, Operations Director I Widi Pudjiyono, and Manajamen from APL. President Director of APL Cosmas Batubara, Vice President Director of APL Indra W Antono, President Director of PT Graha Tunas Selaras (PGV) Noer Indradjaja, Chlef Operating Officer of PT Graha Tunas Selaras Gunawan Satsuma and APL Project Management Director Kiky Raharjo.

Dr This project has been built three apartment towers namely Tower Danoma, Tower Balsa, and Tower Cordia. The total of these three towers can provide about 4 000 room units, from studio type, one bedroom type, two bedroom type and three bedroom type.

"Especially for Tower Balsa we can complete the structural work 3 months faster while Tower Cordia 5 months ahead of the target contract for 28 months since the SPK was published" said Nariman.

Selan's project is also equipped with facilities that suit the lifestyle of "eco living" such as sports facilities, jogging track, sport center and installation instalation management environment oriented to 3R (reduce, reuse, recycle) and direct access to the station LRT With the facilities, PGV will become a new tourist destination that can be reached just 15 minutes through Jagorawi Toll.

WIKA Gedung is appointed as the contractor of the project design and build project based on Letter of Appointment of Winner No. 001 / SPK / GTS-WIKA-G / PGV / IX / 2016, dated September 26, 2016 with a scope of work covering structural, architectural, mechanical electrical, electronic and plumbing work with a contract value of Rp280 billion including tax.
