INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- Ciputra developers do ground breaking Ciputra Mall Citra Raya Tangerang, Thursday (19/10/2017). This mall will be built on 4.5 hectares of land in Central Business District Citra Raya.
President Director of PT Ciputra Residence, Budiarsa Sastrawinata said the first stone laying is the first step in the construction of the largest shopping center in West Tangerang.
"We are targeting the development process to be completed in two years or the end of 2019," he said
For the initial phase of his party allocated Rp 580 billion for the construction of Mall Ciputra. While the occupancy rate has reached 50 percent.
"Ciputra Citraraya Mall Tangerang consists of 6 floors and is part of the development of the first phase of CBD Citraraya area of 164,075 M2 Gross floor area," he concluded.
Meanwhile, Tangerang Regent Ahmed Zaki Iskandar conveyed with the presence of Ciputra Citraraya Mall Tangerang is expected to boost economic growth Tangerang, thus opening up new jobs for the region around.
"We hope that the presence of Ciputra Citra Raya Mall Tangerang not only affects the tenants, but opens space for SMEs and SMEs," he concluded.
