INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta (ANTARA News) - PT Intiland Development Tbk (DILD) received Rp3 trillion in sales or exceeded the company's target of Rp2.3 trillion.
Director of DILD Capital and Investment Management, Archied Noto Pradono, said that the significant growth of marketing sales was mainly driven by the company's success in launching its new project, achieving sales of Rp1.5 trillion or contributing 51 percent of the company's total marketing sales.
"The value of marketing sales jumped by 115% compared to the acquisition in the same period in 2016 amounting to Rp1, 4 trillion," said Archied in his written statement on Thursday (19/10/2017).
Based on its development segment, the biggest contribution of marketing sales came from the development of mixed-use and high rise valued at Rp 1.85 trillion or 61% of the total. Sales from the segment of industrial estates are also recorded as the next largest contributors to the marketing sales reaching Rp531 billion or 18%.
The housing development segment recorded a marketing contribution of Rp343 billion or 11% of the total. The investment property segment, which is the source of recurring income, as of September 30, 2017 contributed Rp294 billion or 10% of the total.
Meanwhile, based on source types, development income contributes significantly to Rp2.7 trillion or 90% of the total. Meanwhile, recurring income from office leasing, retail, golf course management, sports clubs, warehouses and facilities provide marketing sales of Rp294 billion or 10%.
"Despite the contribution of new recurring income
about 10%, but the value jumped 32% compared to the acquisition in the same period last year, "he continued.
The increase in recurring income is due to the increase in revenue contribution from office space leasing and facilities, especially from the South Quarter office in South Jakarta.
