Property Industry Grows, BTN Optimistic Reaches Target to Build Subsidy House

INDUSTRY.co.id - Kendari- PT Bank Tabungan Negara Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi (Sultra), said it is optimistic to reach the target of building 1,945 units of subsidized houses by 2017.

Head of BTN Credit Kendari, Riski Werdana in Kendari, Sunday (22/10/2017) said until October 2017 has completed the construction of 1340 units spread in Kendari City, South Konawe, Kolaka and Baubau City.

In realizing a national program of 1,000,000 subsidized homes, BTN Sultra is cooperating with 95 housing construction entrepreneurs.

"Bank BTN selectively approves the developers who are partners in realizing the construction of subsidized housing, some developers are not eligible to become partners of BTN because they reneged on the agreement," Riski said.

Bank BTN Sultra data from January to September 2017 has disbursed a mortgage of Rp156.5 billion for a credit agreement of 1,340 units.

"House type 36 built by partner BTN businessman sold for Rp129 million with the installment period varies between 10 years to 15 years" said Riski.

Realization of subsidized housing loan from January to September 2017 amounted to Rp156, 5 billion significantly increased compared to January-September Year 2016 amounting to Rp141 billion.

The substantial realization of subsidized housing loan disbursement has been prompted by several things, such as high participation, fast and targeted services.

In addition, he said, the appeal of consumers having a subsidy house is Bank BTN preparing an advance payment of Rp4,000,000.

The requirement of having a government subsidy house is that the applicant has no home, the applicant's income is not less than Rp4,000,000 per month and has been 21 years old
