Property Industry Moves, Indopasifik Build Apartments in Alam Sutera

INDUSTRY.co.id - Tangerang - PT Indopasifik Indahtama immediately realized the construction of "Pacific Garden Style" apartment on a 1.4 hectare land located in Alam Sutera Tangerang City, Banten ..
"We will soon build three towers with a starting price of Rp500 million targeting employees and students around Alam Sutera," said GM Sales & Marketing PT Indopasifik Indahtama, Mayo R. Azhari in Tangerang, Friday (03/11/2017) after the groundbreaking of this apartment .
Mayo explained, from 2000 units of the first tower being marketed, currently half of it has been sold from the money so the sign has been paid up to groundbreaking Friday (3/11).
The location of PGS is flanked by three universities namely Bina Nusantara University (Binus), Swiss German University (SGU), and Universitas Bunda Mulia (UBM) into added value, in addition to its location also in the commercial area of Alam Sutera.
The groundbreaking event was also marked by the signing of MOU between PT Indopasifik Indahtama and Bank Tabungan Negara, Bank Mega, Artha Graha Bank, China Construction Bank.
Mayo added that rental rates of apartments around Alam Sutera range from Rp3.5 to 4 million per month so investors can earn 8-9 percent profit per year, becoming an investment choice compared to the yield of 5 percent deposit per year.
Present on the occasion Chairman of DPP Real Estate Company Association of Indonesia (REI), Soelaeman Soemawinata as the project marketing consultant.
Soelaeman on the occasion said to the banks in attendance in order to provide flexibility in giving credit to the property.
He also requested that the property sector be subject to final taxes to provide certainty in calculating price components so as not to burden developers as well as potential buyers.
