Mudik Lebaran, 4.39 Million Units Out of Jakarta

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Head of Transportation Ministry Post Eddy Gunawan said the number of vehicles coming out of Jabodetabek area during Lebaran homecoming since H-10 to H-1 is predicted to reach 4.39 million units. Of that number, most come from travelers from the province of DKI Jakarta.
"Our calculations Jabodetabek, our predictions temporarily, from the estimated data out of approximately 4 million vehicles up to H-1 is our prediction," said Edy to the media crew in Jakarta, Friday (23/06/2017).
According to Eddy the number is only limited predictions and possibilities can be reduced. Until yesterday exactly H-3, the vehicle that came out already in the range of 2 million vehicles.
"It could be that out with a private vehicle that began to decrease and switch to free homecoming or other transportation, the use of motorcycles and cars if I percentage approximately 53%," he concluded.
