The four categories are Best Innovation Design and Architecture, Digital Hub & Rooms Inc, and The Best Innovation Property Product Concept-QBIG & Digital Hub.

"This award also proves that we are always ahead of innovation," said Sinar Mas Business Technology CEO Irvan Yasni in Jakarta last weekend.

He added, Digital Hub is an innovation of Sinar Mas Land to answer the needs of the community in the era of digital technology will be a region that has a reliable telecommunication network infrastructure, complete facilities and strategically located and multiple access.

Furthermore, Irvan revealed, One of the Sinar Mas Land projects that won awards in the event Innovation Award Property 2017 is, Rooms Inc Hotel which is the first lifestyle hotel in the city of Semarang, Central Java.

"This hotel brings the concept of smart urban is very suitable for businessmen, millenniums, and traveler who are doing Business trip," he added.

According to him, Rooms Inc is not just a place to stay but provide personalize travel experience for his guests.

Rooms Inc hotel consists of 162 rooms divided into three categories: standard, superior and deluxe equipped with first class facilities such as premium bed, smart check in, high speed internet access and communal area.

With this award, Irvan hopes to motivate us to be able to re-innovate developing technology in the digital era today. "This is our trigger to be better in the future," he concluded.
