MNC-Property Group Imperium Cooperate in KPR

INDUSTRY.co.id - Medan - PT Bank MNC International Tbk or MNC Bank in cooperation with PT Property Group Imperium to increase the property ownership credit in North Sumatra.

"MNC Bank sees North Sumatra as a potential market for property development so that it looks at the market in the province, especially Medan City, to increase its property ownership credit," said MNC Bank President Director Benny Purnomo in Medan, Wednesday (15/11/2017)

He said this after signing a cooperation between Housing Loan (KPR) between MNC Bank and PT Property Group Imperium, a developer company that among others is building Skyview Setiabudi Apartmen in Jalan Setia Budi Medan.

According to Benny, to be able to quickly get a chance at the KPR, MNC Bank management to do various strategies, among others, in cooperation with developers and property agents company.

In November, MNC Bank cooperated with PT Property Group Imperium, especially as a mortgage bank for the purchase of Skyview Setiabudi apartment.

Benny, who was accompanied by MNC Bank Branch Manager Thomas C Kusuma, explained that MNC Bank offers mortgages for various types of collateral, including houses, apartments, shop houses and other property types.

"To be able to 'seize' the market, MNC Bank offers many conveniences such as flexible credit installments with a choice of up to 30 years and competitive interest rates ranging from 7.99 percent," Benny told media crew in Medan.

Including the speed of credit approval or just two days considering the consumer does require certainty.

MNC Bank itself has launched a "platform" digital "punyarumah" which is equipped with the latest innovations using Augmented Reality technology where users simply point their smartphone camera to see the properties available in the vicinity.

Then there is the feature "dynamic caluculator" that makes the user enough to use one finger to do the installment simulation.

"Surely Medan is one of five cities in Indonesia which is the focus of MNC Bank for the development of mortgage business," he said.

Four other cities are Semarang, Jakarta, Surabaya and Bandung.

He mentioned, with the strategy undertaken, KPR MNC Bank continues to increase nationally or already Rp80 billion to Rp100 billion per month.

In the future for the Medan area, MNC is targeted to disburse mortgages in the range of Rp200 billion to Rp400 billion.

Rustam said, Skyview Setiabudi Apartment Medan with 694 units of buildings that have been sold / ordered about 70 percent.

"The strategic location, the relatively cheap selling price of Ro300 to Rp600 million per unit and the convenience KOR offered by MNC Bank become a strong attraction for consumers," he said.

Sales target Skyview Setiabudi include students of the University of North Sumatra (USU), lecturers from outside the city of Medan or abroad and including workers based in the region.

"The cost of boarding around USU is about Rp 3 million per month, while if you buy Skyview Setiabudi, monthly installments are under Rp3 million. Of course, buying an apartment becomes an option," he said.
