INDUSTRY.co.id - Banten - The new city of Maja, Lebak Banten Province is one of 10 new public cities launched by the government in the Medium Term Development Plan (RPJM) proclaimed by the government 2015-2019.
As a developer, PT Ciputra Residence has built 12,000 residential units on 2,000 hectares of land. For now the number of occupancy that has sold about 10,000 units. In details, 7,000 units have been handed over in the first phase of the day while 3,000 units will follow in the second phase.
"We plan to build up to 120,000 housing units up to 10 to 15 years ahead," Mary said when met at Citra Maja Raya, Lebak, Banten, Saturday (18/11).
Meanwhile, starting early next year, there will be 1,000 units of house type 22/60 and type 27/60. This house is special for Low-Income Communities (MBR). The offered price starts from Rp 157 million with 1 bedroom.
Using the concept of Transit Oriented Development (TOD), Mary is optimistic Citra Maja Raya shelter will be hunted by many prospective buyers. With TOD, Citra Maja Raya can be accessed by mass transportation such as commuter line to Mass Rapid Transit (MRT). This area will also connect to Serpong-Balaraja Toll Road.
In addition, the Citra Maja Raya project is equipped with the basic needs of its inhabitants, such as security with one gate system, schools, clinics, places of worship, to recreation areas.
