BTN Supports Financing of Amartha View Apartment Development Semarang

INDUSTRY.co.id - Semarang - PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk provides loan financing support for the construction of Amartha View apartments. Total loans to be channeled BTN to the apartment amounted to Rp265 billion.

This is the financing support provided by BTN to PT PP Property Tbk to build a multi-storey residential area in Semarang. We are consistent to provide financing support for residential development to the community whether it is a tread or apartment house. It is also a part of BTN support in a million house program where in Semarang we also provide support to developers who build residential in order to fulfill the program.

Thus said the Head of Non Subsidized Mortgage and Consumer Lending Division of Bank BTN Suryanti Agustinar after the signing of the cooperation agreement accompanied by BTN Branch Head Semarang Iriska in Semarang Saturday 18/11.

The construction loan worth Rp265 billion will be used for the development of 2 Amartha View apartment towers which will be built on a land of about 8,687 sqm located on Jalan Bringin, Ngaliyan, Semarang. The units built on both towers are estimated to reach 1,480 units.

The credit support we provide to PT PP Property is not just for the development of Amartha View apartment units only. The loans BTN provides are included for the construction of the facilities and infrastructure of the apartment. So the concept of one-stop financing support we provide on the construction of this apartment, explains Suryanti added.

As a bank that focuses on housing financing, BTN consistently supports the Million Housing Development program outlined by President Joko Widodo, he added.

The company continued, has financed the establishment of 1.44 million units of houses throughout Indonesia with the value of property loan in the form of mortgage and construction credit reached Rp155, 9 trillion since the program Million Houses rolled out on April 29, 2015 ago.

Until the end of this year, Bank BTN targets construction and mortgage loans for 666 thousand housing units consisting of 504,122 units for Subsidiary KPR and 161,878 units for non-subsidized housing construction, as well as non-subsidized KPR disbursement.

Recorded until September 2017, credit and financing of Bank BTN increased 19.95 percent yoy or rose to Rp184.5 trillion from Rp153.81 trillion in the third quarter of 2016.

As of September 2017, housing loans of Bank BTN rose 19.32 percent yoy to Rp167.16 trillion. In this segment, subsidized housing loan (KPR) recorded the highest increase or 30.78 percent yoy to Rp68.34 trillion in September 2017.

Construction loans and non-subsidized mortgages also posted positive growth of 17.87% yoy and 12.59% yoy respectively.
