Totalindo-PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya Build TOD

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk is cooperating with PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya to build an integrated area consisting of apartment tower, office building and commercial area.

President Director of Totalindo Eka Persada, Donald Sihombing in Jakarta, Wednesday (22/11/2017) said the project will be built on an area of ​​1.8 ha with a total value of Rp3 trillion in Transit Oriented Development (TOD) concept.

"The company's portion in the project cooperation amounted to 49 percent and the rest of PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya," he said.

The integrated residential development located beside Lebak Bulus terminal, South Jakarta, is one of the company's commitment to be active in the success of the government's program in providing a million houses for low income people (MBR).

He said the integrated area development project was the beginning of cooperation between the company and BUMD. Hopefully, the project to be done later can be a good start in achieving sustainable cooperation.

"The development of integrated areas should be developed, both as residential and commercial integrated in one area with mass transportation system, because this benefits the community," he said.

President Director of PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, Yoori C Pinontoan, as quoted by Antara, said the TOD project is estimated to require construction time for three years, and unit marketing begins in conjunction with construction.

"Maybe in the middle of next year can begin construction," he said.
