INDUSTRY.co.id - Bekasi - Increased infrastructure development and transportation facilities by the government to meet the needs of urban communities with high mobility. The condition of the capital's transportation traffic today, can be said as transportation emergency.

LRT City is a residential and commercial area located in an integrated area and directly connected with mass transportation system, one of them is Light Rail Transit (LRT) Jabodebek.

LRT City brings the approach of Transit Oriented Development and compact city development, adopting mixed-use, maximizing the use of mass transit such as LRT and BRT equipped with pedestrian / bicycle network.

Setya Aji Pramana, LRT City Project Manager East Bekasi - Eastern Green, said LRT City is present at several points of LRT line, with a very strategic position and ease of accessibility, one point with LRT station (0 Km LRT Station). "It's just a step to get to LRT Station that will bring to the business center in Jakarta. Therefore, we are very optimistic LRT City can be absorbed by the market, "said Setya Aji Pramana, in a press release, received by the editor Monday (27/11/2017).

According to him, LRT City East Bekasi - Eastern Green with an area of ​​16.9 ha is an integrated vertical residential area (apartment) equipped with a commercial area that is currently in the process of selling and will be handed over in 2019.

With the concept of Green Smart Living in East Jakarta, the facilities offered by this area are Mall, commercial area, plaza, cinema, swimming pool and other interesting facilities. Phase 1 was built since 2016, with the first tower of 20 floors and consisting of 634 units. Eastern Green is marketed with prices ranging from Rp 500,000,000 with an investment value of more than Rp 500 billion.

Setya Aji added that LRT City not only builds an area but also builds a community that will be a place for all Indonesian people who intersect with LRT City and call it Elartizen. "To start the community, we interacted very much with Elartizen candidates with every two times a month we held an open house located in LRT City areas," said Setya Aji
