With the concept of Green Smart Living in East Jakarta, the facilities offered by this area are Mall, commercial area, plaza, cinema, swimming pool and other interesting facilities. Phase 1 was built since 2016, with the first tower of 20 floors and consisting of 634 units. Eastern Green is marketed with prices ranging from Rp 500,000,000 with an investment value of more than Rp 500 billion.

Setya Aji added that LRT City not only builds an area but also builds a community that will be a place for all Indonesian people who intersect with LRT City and call it Elartizen.
