Cooperate with Sumitomo, BKSL Develop Apartments at CBD Sentul City

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Sentul City Tbk (BKSL) plans to develop an apartment in the central business district (CBD) in Sentul City, Bogor. Sale of apartments in CBD Sentul City is targeted to reach Rp2 trillion.
"To support the plan, we set up a joint firm with Sumitomo Corporation. The joint venture will run an innovative, eco-friendly property development business in the CBD Sentul City, "said Keith Steven Muljadi, Director of BKSL, in Jakarta, Monday (05/12/2017).
Keith points out, for the first phase, the joint venture will develop three apartment towers that are expected to topping off in the third quarter of 2018.
The 500,000-square-meter apartment tower will be built in CBD Sentul City on an area of 7.8 hectares. In the heart of the business district, BKSL develops a Japanese shopping center AEON Mall, four apartment towers, one office building and one five star hotel.
Currently, BKSL has developed one apartment tower named Saffron Tower. Meanwhile, the construction of the other three towers will be shared with Sumitomo.
The 103,000 square meters AEON Mall Mall shopping center will topping off in December 2017 and will be fully operational by the end of 2018. AEON Mall Sentul City is targeted to be visited by 2 million visitors per month or 24 million visitors per year. (Abraham Sihombing)
