Deddy Mizwar: Meikarta Only has a permit of 84.6 Ha of 500 Ha

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta- The Bekasi regency government finally issued a permit for the construction of the 84.6 hectare Meikarta project in Cikarang, out of a total construction area of 500 hectares.

Deddy explained that the broad recommendation of land issued by the Government of West Java is in accordance with the regulations on housing permits. He added that the land is a land that is intended to be built housing.
"So it can not be added to the number 500 hectares, I do not know next to where the remnants of the vast land," he said.
According to Deddy, he feels worried if the Meikarta project area exceeds 84.6 hectares. That, he said, will have an impact on the environment. "It could have an impact on the quality and quantity of clean water supply," he said.
Previously, in Bandung, Deddy said the recommendation was based on Local Regulation No. 20/2010 on Spatial and Regional Planning (RTRW) of West Java Province.
Meikarta is in an area that belongs to the category of provincial strategic areas in Bogor-Depok-Bekasi-Karawang-Cianjur-Purwakarta. He is in the strategic area of the province. Like KBU (North Bandung area) there should be a recommendation, not a permit, he said.
