Social Minister admitted worried about the behavior of children who are members of the motorcycle gang is an imitative behavior to seek identity.
"When he does not do the excitement it's not 'top', well, this means there's 'empty' space," she said.
According to her, parents become the main factor and very important. Parents are expected to keep their attention and monitor their children's activities.
"Therefore, the vigilance of parents and teachers must really provide more intensive monitoring and provide a stronger base of values so that they can benefit others," she added.
