INDUSTRY.co.id - West Lombok - Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) is ready to support the construction of 2,000 subsidized homes for low-income communities in West Nusa Tenggara this year.
"I ask this year Lombok Royal Group to build 2,000 units of subsidized houses, up to how, but we are ready to support," said President Director of Bank BTN Maryono when reviewing the location of subsidized housing development in Ranjok Village, Gunungsari Sub District, West Lombok regency, Tuesday / 1/2017)
Lombok Royal Property builds 580 units of subsidized houses for members and employees of the NTB Regional Police (Polda) in the northern region of West Lombok Regency in accordance with the agreement with BTN.
Maryono acknowledged that the 33-square subsidized house with 70 square meters of land built for police officers by one of the leading housing developers in NTB is good quality.
"I see the quality is very good, good infrastructure, construction and design is very good. This is a subsidized house but the quality is nonsubsidized," he said, appreciating the commitment of Lombok Royal to build a house subsidy with quality almost equal to the mortgage (commercial mortgage).
BTN, he said, is ready to provide support in the form of credit construction and subsidized KPR to Lombok Royal Property to realize the construction of 2,000 units of subsidized houses in 2018.
Lombok Royal Property is a customer of BTN who has been in partnership for 27 years. The company engaged in the housing development sector has been regarded as a prime customer.
"I hope other development companies in NTB can imitate what has been built by Royal," said Maryono.
