INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno will create the widest employment field, of which from the property sector there are 50,000 to 60,000 new jobs.

"Our target of the property sector alone is 50,000 - 60,000 new qualified job opportunities that can be present in DKI Jakarta, so I appreciate the support because of the many skeptical starters, many of whom doubt that we can push the House Rp0 DP program, Sandiaga said in Central Jakarta, Thursday (18/1/2018)

Currently, his side is finalizing the concept and coordinate also with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia. We do not want to violate the rules. And this now goes into the finalization stage, he said.

"But physically, we already believe, so the groundbreaking of DP 0 house construction has been done in Pondok Kelapa, East Jakarta, Thursday (18/1) .And so the scheme so, we will immediately start launching," said Sandiaga.

He also strongly welcomes the Real Estate Indonesia (REI) initiative, making a blueprint recommendation for Jakarta's housing development.

"We will also invite REI Jakarta to be active in the preparation of RPJMD (Regional Medium Term Development Plan, red), we are now again finalized," said Sandiaga.

He expects that with house builders with DP Rp0 in five years in Jakarta there will be a significant reduction of the housing backlock desired by the city's 300,000 residents.
