Developers Who Participate To Build Rp. 0 DP Houses, Get Incentives

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Vice Governor of DKI Jakarta, Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno said it will provide incentives for developers who participate to build houses with down payment (DP) Rp0.

It was conveyed inaugurating the management of DPD Real Estate Indonesia (REI) of DKI Jakarta in Hall Great Hall of Jakarta City Hall, Thursday (18/1/2018). REI is a gathering organization for real estate developers.

In the inauguration of this event, Sandiaga said that REI DKI can work together well with the Provincial Government of DKI. Especially to support the programs promoted by Provincial Government. One of them is House with DP Rp0.

This plan was said by Sandiaga following advice he got from the founder of REI as well as property entrepreneur, Ciputra.

"We have to think about incentives, maybe outbreaks, maybe the ease of licensing," said Sandiaga.

He said licensing is one of the things that the real estate entrepreneurs complain about and promise to facilitate development permits in the capital.

"One of the complaints by REI's friends and big businessmen is the length of licensing, so maybe next house DP is Rp0, because this is 'cost of mind' high, we make 'fast track' in terms of licensing, so that more interesting property business friends, "said Sandiaga Uno
