INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - For those residents of DKI Jakarta who do not have a house immediately register in the program of Zero Rupiah DP house that was triggered by the Provincial Government of DKI. This program can be enjoyed by the citizens of Jakarta after the city government to form a BLUD to manage Zero DP house. And planned BLUD is completed next April.

"We will prepare BLUD for this housing program, Insha Allah in April," said Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan recently. Later, Anies explained, this BLUD will determine the requirements and technical home ownership for low-income people (MBR).

It is said Anies, in general the requirement to own a Zero DP house that is citizens of DKI who earn Rp 7 million down and have not owned a house.

Anies added that the price of Zero DP house of Kelapa Village built by PD Pembangunan Sarana Jaya, worth Rp 185 million for type 21 and Rp 320 million for type 36, represents the price of houses for MBR to be built in other locations.

While the payment pattern will be formulated together between prospective homeowners and BLUD. That way, said Anies, the amount of repayments and payment tenor can be adjusted with the ability of prospective owners.

"The scheme will be made by BLUD, which is 7 years, 10 years old, 15 years and so on, so it is not uniform, the goal is the uniform price but the credit according to the ability," he said.

For information, the Provincial Government (Pemprov) of DKI Jakarta opened the 0 rupiah DP home program information center in Pondok Kelapa area, Duren Sawit, East Jakarta. This information center for residents is open daily.
