This Year Kampung Rambutan TOD Development Begins

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - DKI Jakarta Provincial Government continues to boost residential development with the concept of transit oriented development (TOD) at Kampung Rambutan Terminal can begin this year.

He explained that PT Adhi Karya Tbk, as the developer of LRT Jabodebek, asked the Jakarta Provincial Government to build a connecting bridge from Kampung Rambutan Terminal to Kampung Rambutan LRT Station.

"The Governor and Mr. Vice Governor want the integration of residential, commercial, office, road-based, and rail," he explained.

Sigit added, the mindset that exists during this transportation follows the pattern of space, but just the opposite, the pattern of space following the transport. Moreover, the city government is currently testing OK OTrip, so that the future is likely to be connected.

"We will arrange for transportation modes connected with shelter and other functions," he said.
