Wijaya Karya Plans to Issue Global Debt Securities Worth US $ 405 Million

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - PT Wijaya Karya Tbk (WIKA) plans to issue global bonds with a maximum value of US $ 405.467 million or around Rp5.4 trillion. The maximum value of the bonds to be issued is already fixed on January 22, 2018.
"Along with the maximum value of the bonds, the company management also signed a sale and purchase agreement with several potential buyers of the bonds in the primary market," said Puji Haryadi, Acting Corporate Secretary of WIKA, in Jakarta, Wednesday (24/01/2018) .
Puji explained, as for several potential buyers of WIKA's bonds are BNP Paribas, The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, Mandiri Securities Pte Ltd. and MUFG Securities Asia Ltd.
"The funds obtained from the issuance will be used to finance WIKA's debt refinancing, finance capital expenditure and will be used for working capital," Puji said.
Furthermore Puji argued, that nine days after the pricing of the bonds, WIKA will settle the bonds and sign an indenture with Bank of New York Mellon. (Abraham Sihombing)
