Nasir said the Ministry of Finance is trying to find a budget shortfall for N219 IPTN certification around RP81 billion.
"Hopefully can be obtained," he said.
Previously, the certification process N219 Nurtanio aircraft threatened to be stopped because of budget constraints. To get certified, the aircraft must undergo a test of 340 flight hours.
In fact, for a one-time fly budget required up to Rp250 million, while there is no budget in the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN).
There was an urge that there was a budget injection for the certification of the 19-seater aircraft from the budget of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education.
