INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Gradana.co.id portal company targets the property sector especially for millenial generation by launching Grasewa products which is the latest special service to assist tenants in financing the rental of property.
"Grasewa comes as a practical solution for young entrepreneurs in Indonesia," said Gradana Commissioner Freenyang Liwang in a release in Jakarta on Tuesday (6/2/2018)
According to him, the increasing trend of millennial generation that plunge as entrepreneurs and start families also contribute to the increasing demand for property rental for both business and residence such as shop, apartment and house.
However, he continued, the obstacles faced by the millenial is the high cost of rent that is often required to pay off one to even two years in advance. "It is not easy to find a monthly rental payment option that can facilitate cash management," he said.
To address the issue, the "peer to peer lending" (P2P) platform, Gradana.co.id launches Grasewa products, the newest special services to assist tenants in rental property financing.
With Grasewa, he said, the tenant no longer need to pay the rental fee up to one year in advance, but can be repaid per month.
Ruko payments for business premises or apartments for residence, for example, can now be used as monthly expenditure variables.
In addition, he said, prospective tenants can choose their own and inform the Gradana property of the desired property and applies to shop, house or apartment located in Jabodetabek and Bandung.
"We understand that the need for conducive and affordable office space is vital when it comes to pioneering the business. The problem is, places like this, such as shophouses, for example, often charge a high rent and must be paid one to two years in advance. they are just starting a business, "he explained.
Freenyan explained that Grasewa provides bailout facility for one year ahead so tenant does not need to prepare big fund at the beginning for property rental interest, either office or residence.
Property owners can now more easily obtain tenants by registering their property for financing under the Grasewa scheme. They still get a year's rent in advance from Grasewa, but the tenants pay monthly installments through Gradana.
"If any one want to rent just six months, we still serve as long as the property owner agrees," he explained.
Previously, property observer and founder of Panangian School of Property, Panangian Simanungkalit stated, this year's developer orientation leads to the development of property products that can be reached by the millennial generation market.
According to him, the purchasing power of the millennial generation in the property sector is those supported by economically well-established parents. While their own ability, he continued, in buying property usually only ranges between Rp500 million to Rp 1 billion.
