This Year Synthesis Residence Kemang Targets Sold 100 Units

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Synthesis Residence Kemang targets to sell 100 units of apartments by 2018.

"We are targeting at least 100 apartment units this year," said General Manager of Residence Synthesis Kemang Imron Rosyadi, in Jakarta.

Currently, the Synthesis Residence Kemang has completed 1,238 bored pile points on the foundations of Nakula and Sadewa towers, 4 floor basement excavations that have reached a depth of 14 meters, and fencing around the area.

Imron confirmed that the Synthesis Residence Kemang is committed to finishing the construction to the next stage well until the building is ready to handover by the end of 2020. Noted, Nakula and Sadewa Tower has a total of 725 apartment units which as much as 72 percent of whom have been sold to consumers.

"The sale of Sadewa Tower has reached 97 percent, while the sales of Nakula Tower is only 47 percent," he said.

Overall, the property project built on 2 hectares of land has three towers with a total of 1,188 apartment units. The three towers have the names Nakula, Sadewa, and Arjuna.

"The Synthesis Residence Kemang in its architectural concept adapts Batik Kawung ornaments, Rumah Joglo, and Bancak Doyok themed statue, the heritage element of Indonesia is poured in tower's name," he explained.
