INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Oil and Gas Downstream Regulatory Agency (BPH Migas) targets the Fuel Price Program (BBM) One Price in 2018 to be realized in 73 points in Indonesia.

Head of Oil and Gas BPH Migas Fansurullah Asa said, as many as 73 points of location of fuel distribution One Price is prioritized in 3T (outer, outer and behind) regions, and East Indonesia in Papua and West Papua.

"This year we propose originally only 54 locations, but after meeting Pertamina and private, rose to 73 points," said Fansurullah in Jakarta, Monday (19/2/2018).

He said that of the 73 targeted points this year, as many as 67 locations were built by PT Pertamina (Persero), and 6 other points were built by PT AKR Corporindo.

One of BBM One Supply Channel location is ready and ready to be inaugurated in the next two weeks, which is located in Nunukan District, North Kalimantan.

During 2017, BPH Migas noted the construction of gas stations distributing BBM Satu Harga reached 57 points consisting of 54 points by Pertamina and 3 points by AKR Corporindo.

In the hearing with the Chairman of the MPR, BPH Migas also proposed the sub-distributor BBM Satu Harga to ensure the availability and smooth distribution and ensure the price of fuel sold in accordance with the government.

Fansurullah explained the ratio of the population of Indonesia with gas stations available is not comparable, whereas ideally a gas station serving 35 thousand people with an average radius of 300 kilometers. Meanwhile, Indonesia currently has about 7,000 SPBU.

According to him, the development of fuel sub-distributor more efficient because it only requires an investment of about Rp50 million to Rp100 million managed through a cooperative system or a village-owned enterprise (Bumdes).

"The number of people so much, if forced to build gas station no one wants because it does not enter the economy. Back of capital can be 20 years for example, not to mention the cost of transportation Pertamina. Then it appears s sub-distributor," he said.
