INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Jakarta Composite Stock Price Index (BEI) opened at 6.608 in the first session of trading Friday (23/02/2018), 0.23% higher or 15 points compared to the position at the end of trading the previous day at the level 6.593.

At 09:45 JATS time, JCI was observed at position 6.650. The rise in JCI in the early trading session today was supported by a 219 stock price increase, especially stocks of various industry sectors.

In addition, 67 stocks fell in price, 103 stagnant shares and 229 shares had not been traded. JCI is moving in the range of 6,608-6,651.

The total transaction value in all BEI market segments reached Rp1.71 trillion. It consists of transaction value in the Regular Market worth Rp1.54 trillion and in Negotiated Market of Rp173.78 billion.

The total trade volume was recorded at 26.8 million lots, a result of 102,961 times transactions. Foreign investors booked net buying of Rp31.78 billion, but they still recorded net sales volume of 376,065 lot shares.

LQ45 stocks that experienced price hikes and became top gainers were TRAM whose price rose by 5.11% or Rp18 to Rp370 per unit, UNTR whose price was raised 2.86% or Rp1,025 to Rp36,900 per unit and BBCA whose price increased by 2.2% or Rp525 to Rp24,425 per unit.

Meanwhile, LQ45 stocks that became top losers are the BMTR whose price is eroded 2.34% or Rp15 to Rp625 per unit, SMGR whose price shrinks 1.7% or Rp200 to Rp11.550 per unit and MYRX whose price is down 0, 6% or Rp1 to Rp166 per unit. (Abraham Sihombing)
