Bamsoet Confirms Defending the Country Is the Right and Obligation of Indonesian Citizens

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta, - Chairman of the House of Representatives (Bambang Soesatyo) (Bamsoet) affirmed that defending the state is the right and obligation for all Indonesian citizens (WNI) in accordance with their respective professions and organizations.

"I encourage Indonesian youths to be active in various positive activities to improve the nation," Bambang Soesatyo said in a press release received here Tuesday.

According to Bamsoet, Bambang Soesatyo's call, youth and youth organizations have a big role in the defense of the country.

Bamsoet, when receiving the visit of the Jakarta Youth Forum Putra Putri Putri Purnawirawan (FKPPI) in MPR / DPR / DPD RI Building, Jakarta, Monday (26/2) expressed his support to the Youth Organization, especially FKPPI, which actively conducts various activities possessive in the field of youth and defend the country.

At the meeting, Jakarta FKPPI Chairman Arif Bawono reported his activities, that the organization he leads has organized cyber training to young people and students to be wise to use the internet.

FKPPI DKI Jakarta, he said, has also formed a Cyber ​​Task Force to prevent and anticipate the hoax news in social media that has been increasingly worrying.

"We want youth and students to become anti-hoax agents, we do not want this nation to be divided because of hoax news," said Arif.

Bamsoet praised the Jakarta FKPPI's steps to form the Cyber ​​Task Force and encouraged continuous positive training activities, as well as an example for other youth organizations.

"I will convey to the State Cyber ​​and Codes Agency (BSSN), so that Cyber ​​FKPPI Task Force can cooperate and strengthen national cyber defense," said Bamsoet.
