2018, UUS BTN Shoot Assets Rp 25.9 Trillion

INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Sharia Business Unit PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. (UUS BTN) started in 2018 by setting a high target following its brilliant performance in 2017.

A number of strategies are deployed to support the growth of UUS BTN's assets, such as boosting financing, increasing margin / profit sharing and fee based income and increasing third party funding.

"This year, our assets are expected to increase by 10.73 percent or to around Rp 25.9 trillion," said Director of Bank BTN, Budi Satria on the sidelines of the UUS BTN Developer Gathering event entitled "Blessing: Synergy, Growing and Barokah", at Jakarta, Tuesday (27/2/2018).

The increase in assets is supported by a 17% increase in finance portfolio to Rp 21.045 trillion, followed by a 13% growth in depositor funds or Rp 21.2 trillion. Meanwhile, KPR is still a major contributor to UUS BTN business, with a growth target of 16.94% from last year's achievement of Rp 12.7 trillion.

"The performance of UUS BTN in 2017 cannot be separated from the role of the developer. Therefore this year the synergy with the developers will continue our strengthening, "said Budi.

As an appreciation for the role of developer, the company gives awards to 10 (ten) Best Partner Developers in the form of Charter Award and Tour to Japan.

UUS BTN continues to increase mortgage financing through the supply and demand sides of housing, ie promoting cooperation with housing developers to improve the supply side of housing and cooperating with various government agencies (civil servants, state-owned enterprises) and private agencies to increase the housing demand side to support the Million House. In addition to strengthening the synergy with developers and government agencies and private, Bank BTN also increase fee-based income with make innovations on mortgage products such as bundling through bancassurance products and Bundling Kunt Bundling Program Rumah and KPR Bundling Multijasa Umroh.

"We are also actively expanding with the addition of Sharia Submarine Branch Office (KCPS) outlet and Sharia Cash Unit (KKS) in some areas." Budi asserted.
