INDUSTRY.co.id - Jakarta - Bank DKI is signing a joint agreement with the Central Jakarta District Attorney on Handling Civil Law Problems in State Administration and Administration.

Director of Compliance of Bank DKI, Budi Mulyo Utomo explained that the joint agreement with a period of 1 year covers the provision of legal assistance, legal considerations, and other legal actions in the field of civil and state administration.
Furthermore he conveyed by the signing of this joint agreement is expected to increase the effectiveness of Cooperation in the field of Civil Law and State Administration faced PT Bank DKI both inside and outside the Court.
Budi further convey the agreement with the Central Jakarta District Attorney is a proof of Bank DKI's commitment in the implementation of corporate governance, especially in handling civil and state administrative law matters.
He explained that as a trusted financial institution, Bank DKI prioritizes compliance with prevailing rules and regulations.
He also conveyed the rapid business competition in the banking industry that is driven by the increasing needs of the community, demanding the banking industry to provide good service while still paying attention to law enforcement
Meanwhile, Head of Central Jakarta District Court, Kuntadi appreciated Bank DKI that has given trust to the institution of the Prosecutor. It is ready to provide legal assistance, legal services to the Bank DKI. "We hope together, in the implementation can be done as well as possible for the benefit of society, nation and state," he said.
